Pricing

We charged baed on combined gross income of the parties. If both parties earn minimum wage, there is a flat-fee of $1,500 for 5 hours of mediation. Costs vary.

Presumptively, each party will pay 50% of the total fee. However, if a significant discrepancy of income exists, the parties may pay a percentage of the fee in relation to their compared incomes.

We perform a variety of out of court services. If you already have a verbal, unwritten agreement, we will draft the appropriate agreement for you and your family to enter with the Court.
